If you are not satisfied with your purchase or are not seeing results from our products for your pet, you can request a refund of your online purchase (whether the product is opened or unopened) within 30 days. Shipping Information

United States Postal Service (USPS):
During online checkout, the default shipping method will be USPS/UPS. Auto-ship subscription orders will also be sent via USPS, typically using Parcel Select Ground. Most customers receive their orders within 3-7 business days; however, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery in rare cases of delays beyond our control. Expedited shipping can be arranged at the customer’s expense. Contact us for a quote.

Discounts, Coupon Codes, and Special Offers

Some promotions require a coupon code to be entered during checkout to receive the discount. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue partial refunds or retroactively apply discount codes after an order has been submitted. For ongoing promotions, giveaways, and discount codes, follow us at Instagram.

Shipping Policies & Expectations

Orders placed after 1:30 PM MST will ship the next business day (Mon-Fri). Please note, the day your package is picked up by the carrier does not count as a transit day. Transit times exclude weekends, holidays, and unexpected delays such as inclement weather. CompanionCBD is not responsible for carrier or weather-related delays, and therefore, shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to the address you provided at checkout.
